Job Description:

The Regional Business Manager/Business Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving business growth across multiple locations within the assigned Cabang/Region. This role involves setting and executing strategies to meet sales targets, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in regional sales management, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and address potential challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on regional business activities to senior management.

Qualification : 

  • Experience at Manager Level (Minimum 2 years)
  • Strong sales/ops skills and a proven track record in FMGC Company
  • Strong data analytic
  • Previous background in FMGC (Minimum 5 years)
