•Minimum 5 years of Culinary experience in a 5 stars hotel/resort as Executive Chef
•Excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients and practices
•Strong technical cooking skill and creative skill
•Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff and delegate tasks
