Job Description

• Oversee and maintain all physical facilities and company infrastructure
• Plan, manage, and coordinate facility and infrastructure projects
• Prepare budgets and monitor related expenditures
• Ensure all facilities and infrastructure are safe and functional
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external security as needed
• Handle emergencies and investigate security incidents
   

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable University
• Skills in facility management, including knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical, electrical plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Possess strong administrative skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work within budget constraints
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures (K3)
