Job Description:

  • Develop recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Plan and deliver training programs, manage performance reviews, and encourage employee development.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
  • Lead the HR team, use HR data for decision-making, and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Enhancing the company's branding on social media as a campaign for recruitment.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as HR Generalist: recruitment, legal aspects of employment, payroll, and taxes, including BPJS Health and BPJS Employment regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and people development
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
  • Ability to create and analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working or collaborating with another country is a plus
  • Speaking English is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
