Job Description :

• Analyzing the needs of each request and providing alternative solutions (technology) for creating and developing IT applications (SAP and Sub Systems)
• Identify possible improvements to the business processes being carried out
• Record, analyze and find solutions to IT application problems (SAP and Sub Systems)
• Analyze and compile SLA performance reports along with PICA to resolve problems periodically
• Mastering technical IT infrastructure & networks with different levels of difficulty
• Mastering SAP & ABAPER functional competencies

Requirements :

• S1 Informatics Engineering/Information Systems
• Have expert SAP skills
• Having good knowledge in one or more related SAP modules
• Have 1-3 years experience as ABAP or SAP implementation
• Able to use English fluently to communicate
• Able to carry out user requirements analysis
• Able to manage IT assets
• Have basic skills regarding IT infrastructure and operational needs
• Have basic skills regarding infrastructure, Network and Security
