have good communication skills in order to relay the baby's status to the parents. Many parents want to know about the baby's daily activities, including diet, bowel movements, and general mood, which may require the care provider to keep records of the child's day
provides assessment of a sick or injured child’s needs.
tracks each child’s medical records while they are enrolled.
maintains records of each child’s physical development.
provides training to the center’s staff on things such as sanitary diaper changing and proper hand washing procedures.
monitors the facilities for health issues and cleanliness.
keeping the center’s staff and parents informed about health care with emphasis on preventative care.

ensure that lesson plans and classroom activities are prepared on time and up to the necessary standards

provide your area of expertise in any seminars or workshops
be involved from time to time, in small group training sessions with staff within or beyond your centre
build a network with parents and organize meet-the-parents-sessions and other parents learning sessions to enhance parents-centre relationship
