Responsibilities :

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough coverage of application functionality.
• Automation Testing: Design and implement automation test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, Playwright, and Postman.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Security Testing: Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Performance Testing: Perform performance testing to measure application responsiveness, scalability, and stability. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Curriculum Development:
  • Create a comprehensive syllabus that co aspects of product management.
  • Ensure the curriculum aligns with industr practices.
  • Tailor the syllabus to the specific needs and learning styles of the mentee.
• Mentorship and Guidance:
  • Provide regular mentorship and guidance throughout the program.
  • Offer support and advice on challenges and obstacles the mentee may face.
  • Encourage the mentee to think critically and problem-solve independently.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
• Required: Proficient in automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, Playwright, Postman). Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript). Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Nice to have: Experience with API testing, security testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with performance testing tools: Familiarity with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Accessibility testing knowledge: Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG.
• Security testing certifications: Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
• Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools for automating testing and deployment.
