Role

As the CTO, you will be responsible for identifying and adopting emerging technologies relevant to the crypto and blockchain industry. You will develop and maintain the company's technological infrastructure. You will also collaborate with our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in optimizing trading strategies through technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and adopt emerging technologies relevant to the crypto and blockchain industry
• Develop and maintain the company's technological infrastructure
• Collaborate with the CIO in optimizing trading strategies through technology integration
• Manage cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company and client data
• Build and lead a competent technical team capable of meeting the company's needs
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes in the crypto space

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in the tech sector
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technology, and AI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
