Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training and Development
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Skilled in driving both cars and motorcycles
• Valid SIM A and SIM C
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in creating Training Plans and Budgeting
• Placement in Semarang, Central Java

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all divisions
• Develop a one-year Training Plan and budget
• Create and update training modules and materials
• Design and implement pre- and post-training assessments
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights for improvement
• Generate training reports and individual employee training records
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction training
• Execute training programs based on TNA and the established Training Plan
