Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Administration
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for corporate clients.
- Update and maintain CRM records on client interactions and sales progress.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments with the finance team.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Handle client complaints and escalate issues as needed.
3. Sales Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate training.
- Manage training schedules and delivery of learning materials.
- Track contract terms, renewals, and send expiration reminders.
4. Market Research & Reporting
- Research potential clients and market trends to support sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business development.
- Maintain B2B sales databases and documentation.
5. General Reporting
- Generate regular reports on B2B performance, client feedback, and business progress.
6. Product Presentation to Client
- Conduct presentations to showcase products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions to enhance product understanding.
