As the Branch Manager for Market Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and establishing new branches in strategic locations and sourcing potential franchisees.

Requirements:
1. Willingness to be placed in any area within Indonesia (Batam, Semarang, Banjarmasin, Manado, Palembang, Makassar, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua)
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
3. 3-5 years of experience in branch or franchise expansion.
4. Proficient in market research and analysis to guide expansion strategies.
5. Proven success in branch establishment, from site selection to store setup.
6. Experience in franchisee recruitment, training, and support.
7. Strong team leadership skills, with expertise in staff recruitment and training.
8. Ability to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with an emphasis on growth.
11. Can drive a car and have a driver's license
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis
1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential locations for new branches.
2. Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour to develop effective expansion strategies.
3. Provide regular reports and recommendations to the senior management team based on market analysis.
Branch Establishment and Development
1. Plan and execute the opening of new branches, including site selection, lease negotiations, and store setup
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of new branches, ensuring they meet sales and profitability targets.
3. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and brand awareness in new locations.
Franchisee Acquisition
1. Identify and engage potential franchisees who align with our brand values and business goals
2. Conduct franchisee recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and negotiations.
3. Provide training and support to new franchisees to ensure their success.
Team Management
1. Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
