Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in establishing project scope and objectives, engaging all pertinent stakeholders, and verifying technical feasibility.
• Formulate a comprehensive project plan, ensuring its alignment with execution.
• Take the lead in guiding the team through the examination of business data and information, and the identification of potential insights.
• Formulate suggestions for new business operations, systems, and strategies.
• Produce written reports or presentations for directors or clients.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Educational and Working Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or engineering from a well-regarded university, accompanied by a strong academic performance. Possessing an MBA, MM, or a related advanced degree is considered advantageous.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in roles within the fields of business, management, or consulting.
• Demonstrated history of leading projects or teams and achieving noteworthy milestones.
• Proficiency in business planning, feasibility analysis, or strategic planning is an additional asset.
• Holding certifications in operations, risk management, or finance is considered a positive attribute.

Skills and Attributes:

• Willing and able to undertake travel as well as work remotely at client locations.
• Displays impressive communication and interpersonal prowess, radiating confidence when interacting with C-level clients, and excels at nurturing and maintaining positive professional relationships.
• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving capabilities, employs a hypothesis-driven methodology, and possesses advanced quantitative analysis skills.
• Highly motivated, reliable, forward-thinking, organized, and dedicated to diligent work.
• Capable of functioning autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in crafting well-written reports in both English and Bahasa.
